Our company was founded by a team of three professionals with expertise in construction, project management, and community engagement.

Our vision is to become the leading provider of accessible homes in our region, collaborating closely with local authorities to ensure that people with disabilities have access to safe, functional, and affordable housing options.

We actively support local initiatives, such as the Western Australian Abilities Football Association, the Western Australian Amateur Football League, and Blind Sports WA, to promote inclusivity and participation in sports.

Our homes are designed for rapid construction and offer flexibility. One of our key benefits is that we provide options for complete customization, allowing for any conceivable future adaptations to accommodate the evolving needs of occupants and their families.

Builder - Steven Eastwood 40 years experience

With over 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Steven Eastwood is a builder who knows every aspect of a building, inside and out. From the foundation to the finishes, Steven takes pride in delivering work that stands the test of time. His deep understanding of structural integrity, materials, and craftsmanship ensures that every project he oversees is completed with precision and durability in mind. Starting his career as a carpenter at 17, Steven quickly developed a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality that set him apart. 

Over the years, he expanded his expertise across multiple disciplines—structural modifications, waterproofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fine finishes—making him the kind of builder who truly understands how all elements of a building come together.

Steven believes that a building is only as good as its weakest point, which is why he never cuts corners. He holds himself and his team to the highest standards, ensuring every project, whether a large commercial fit-out or a heritage restoration, is completed with a meticulous finish. His ability to foresee potential issues, plan ahead, and deliver flawless results makes him a trusted name in the industry.

Passion for Inclusion & Community Impact

Beyond engineering, Robert is deeply committed to disability inclusion and community sports. As Vice President and Football Director of the Kelmscott Bulldogs Football Club, he has been instrumental in fostering inclusivity in sports. He is the Founder and Coach of the Kelmscott Integrated All-Abilities Football Team, providing individuals with disabilities the opportunity to experience the joy of Australian Rules Football.

His tireless advocacy has led to the establishment of inclusive programs, giving people of all abilities access to sport, community, and social engagement. His leadership has been widely recognized, earning him multiple awards, including:

With a career spanning engineering excellence and community leadership, Robert Turner is a highly skilled Civil and Structural Engineer with a deep understanding of design, project management, and infrastructure development. His extensive experience covers mining resources, residential and commercial developments, civil engineering, and independent auditing.

Client Relations and Operations Manager - Faris Saba 18 years experience

With decades of experience spanning commercial fit-outs, construction recruitment, project management, and sustainable building solutions, Faris understands how structures evolve over time. His expertise extends beyond just construction - with hands-on experience in property development to leading large-scale construction projects, he has cultivated a unique skill set that bridges both the operational and strategic aspects of the industry.

Faris's construction journey has been closely tied to Programmed,one Australia's leading maintenance, staffing and commercial services provider employing over 25000 people nationally. Where he has worked in various roles over 13 years across blue and white collar resourcing, maintenance, and construction. With experience in high-compliance environments, he has developed expertise in procurement construction labor and trade sourcing, facility management, maintenance planning, project management, and construction have given him a comprehensive understanding of various industries, including government, hospitals, public and private schools, aged care, and a wide range of commercial entities, from strata to NGOs.

As a building and maintenance consultant, Faris brings expertise across key construction disciplines and specialises in:

Faris has also ran his own construction consulting business, further refining his expertise in bidding, project execution, and operational strategy. Throughout his career, he has maintained strong ties with all contractors and clients returning multiple times to help in key roles .
